At\u00e9 2030, substancialmente aumentar o contingente de professores qualificados, inclusive por meio da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores, nos pa\u00edses em desenvolvimento, especialmente os pa\u00edses de menor desenvolvimento relativo e pequenos Estados insulares em desenvolvimento<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">2. At\u00e9 2020 substancialmente ampliar globalmente o n\u00famero de bolsas de estudo dispon\u00edveis para os pa\u00edses em desenvolvimento, em particular, os pa\u00edses de menor desenvolvimento relativo, pequenos Estados insulares em desenvolvimento e os pa\u00edses africanos, para o ensino superior, incluindo programas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, de tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, programas t\u00e9cnicos, de engenharia e cient\u00edficos em pa\u00edses desenvolvidos e outros pa\u00edses em desenvolvimento&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">3. &nbsp;Construir e melhorar instala\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas para educa\u00e7\u00e3o, apropriadas para crian\u00e7as e sens\u00edveis \u00e0s defici\u00eancias e ao g\u00eanero e que proporcionem ambientes de aprendizagem seguros, n\u00e3o violentos, inclusivos e eficazes para inclusive, entre outros, por meio da educa\u00e7\u00e3o para o desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel e estilos de vida sustent\u00e1veis, direitos humanos, igualdade de g\u00eanero, promo\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cultura de paz e n\u00e3o-viol\u00eancia, cidadania global, e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da diversidade cultural e da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o da cultura para o desenvolvimento has-text-color\">6.&nbsp;At\u00e9 2030, eliminar as disparidades de g\u00eanero na educa\u00e7\u00e3o e garantir a igualdade de acesso a todos os n\u00edveis de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional para os mais vulner\u00e1veis, incluindo as pessoas com defici\u00eancia, povos ind\u00edgenas e as crian\u00e7as em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de
